Apparel Patternmaking is a service that will design and develop apparel and non-apparel products for manufactures, small businesses, and designers/individuals looking to start-up new product lines. Whether you or your company needs assistance in developing a design, over-flow work or special projects. Apparel Patternmaking will work with you to develop your product and make it production ready.
Apparel Patternmaking will develop patterns from sketches, photos, or garments. Once your sketch, photo, or garment is received, an estimate will be forwarded to you and upon your approval pattern work will begin. All patterns include pattern details, measurements, construction specs, and (a sewn sample/prototype if needed at a separate rate). Additional copies of specs and patterns are available at a specified cost. Depending on your companies needs AP can provide hard tag board patterns or computer generated patterns using Gerber's micromark software system.
Apparel Patternmaking has worked on several product lines such as men and women’s active sportswear, women and missy swimwear, children’s sportswear and swimwear, costumes, dancewear and non-apparel items. Although, AP special interest is in swim and activewear, where I will work step by step with you to fine tune blocks and styles that meet your fit standards.
